This holiday home has everything - spacious, clean, very tastfully decorated rooms, plenty of fresh towels and bedding, kitchen and utility has everything you need, including washing machine & tumble dryer. An amazing tiered garden with plenty of seating and garden furniture for al fresco dining for the whole family. Off road parking for 2 cars. Fantastic views of the beach - loved wakening up to the sound of the waves. Carol and Jim have literally thought of
everything. No hesitation in recommending this holiday home, especially for family's with young children - my grandchildren didn't want to leave.

Had a lovely stay here with family. Bedrooms are spacious and master bedroom with king sized bed and en suite with fantastic view across the beach.
All rooms have a nautical theme. Large living room with dining table. The log fire was great too.
Carol and Jim have thought of absolutely everything you may need for your holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a utility area. Washing machine tumble dryer and whirly outside. Washing powder etc are all provided too.
As for the garden it’s amazing very roomy and great for the kids, fantastic views accords to the beach. Lots of tiered decking covered with artificial grass and plenty seating. Off street parking too.
Right across from beach. There is a lovely pier a short stroll away. A visit to Findlater Castle and Sunnyside beach is a must, Many local areas to explore. Portsoy, Cullen, Banff Buckie and not far from Elgin. Or just relax on the beach.
Feel like a challenge there’s SUP and surf lessons from the beach. All in all a great base for your holiday or short weekend break.

We have stayed in this beautiful home a number of times now. It’s a real home from home. The property is alway very clean and comfortable for our family and dog. The sunset and views from the home are breathtaking and we enjoy walking the sands every day. The outside space and decking are fantastic and sheltered too. We cook a lot when we are there and found the kitchen and laundry room to have everything you need and more for a beachside holiday. With the beach being less than a minutes walk from the house, it’s great .We have always found the owners to be very helpful with any requests and we will be heading back very soon. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing holiday home in such a beautiful area with everything you need.
The rooms are a good size and the outside space is perfect for sunny days or wrapped up in a blanket star gazing at night.
Having the beach just across from you is great and its very clean.
Both neighbouring towns, Portsoy and Cullen are worth a visit too.
I will definitely be a returning customer, 5 stars.
